The Process

  1. Consultation

  2. Retainer

  3. 2D Floor Plan

  4. 3D Renderings

  5. Revisions

  6. Plans

1.

First, a consultation will take place virtually or at the client’s home to review the space and take measurements if needed. This is also the time to discuss ideas and inspiration for the project. What you want and what you absolutely do not want. Pinterest boards welcome!

2.

Next up, you will receive an estimate shortly after the consultation. Estimates are based off square footage, project specifications, etc. With a 25% retainer fee, it’s time to start designing.

3.

A 2D floor plan will be sent to the client for approval before continuing on to 3D. Emphasis will be on layout, space planning, code recommendations & requirements. Once approved, 3D designs are curated based off information the client provides regarding their style, vision, aesthetic.

4.

Your favorite part of the process: receiving your project in 3D! The 3D images and 360° panoramas will be sent over for review. This is where client’s let out a sigh of relief and high five themselves for not going into their remodel blind.

5.

Once the client has looked over their designs, they’re allotted one set of color and texture revisions. Additional layout revisions or assistance with product selection will be estimated at an hourly rate.

6.

The final step! Once the design has been finalized, the client will receive the plans - 2D & 3D items, along with detailed elevations and any other layout specifications organized together in one file. This is specific to each project, whether you are passing plans along to a contractor or doing it yourself.
